WELCOME to the 2010 Downtown Elgin Car and AFV Show!

We got RAINED OUT on Sept. 11th, but we have a new date.

Please join us as we reconvene on Saturday, September 25th.

9 am to 2 pm

Same location – Downtown Elgin Civic Center parking lots

Special Feature: Originally scheduled for Sept. 11th, we had the Elgin American Legion leading us in a 9-11 ceremony starting with the Presentation of the Colors. This will now happen on Sept. 25th . The ceremony is a dedication to heroes everywhere and will include the National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, etc.

We have invited approx 25 veteran and current military units from northern Illinois as well as 30 surrounding police and fire departments to be part of the ceremony.

We have also invited people with vintage police, fire, and military vehicles.
